As Founder, Director and Principle Consultant, I have been a career long coach, beginning with managing pubs and bars in the UK in the 90´s, to coaching and mentoring executives in Europe and Asia for Carlsberg Group.
Now Henley Business School trained and a member of the International Coaching Federation (ICF), I coach as an independent.
In my broad and non-linear career I have led Digital Transformations in the Commercial and Finance functions and Business Process Outsourcing projects.
My career can been seen here on LinkedIn. I have worked in partnership with Companies as diverse as Accenture, EOS Deal-Advisory, Genpact and McKinsey & Company.

Our Coaching Philosophy
Our Coaching Philosophy is to use a modern integrated approach, based on the needs of the client and the skills of the coach, adhering to the ICF Code of Ethics at all times. Therefore you are likely to experience a number of different coaching techniques across a typical engagement, driven by the unique differences each organisation and client brings to the assignment.
Each assignment is approached with an outcome based mentality, enabling the client to reach the goal of the session and subsequently the desired level of improved performance.
We park other topics that may occur during the session for reflection later, they are not ignored but we recognise the need for a return on your investment in terms of solving the immediate issues.
The complex nature of Leadership Development and Business Transformation Projects means that no two engagements will be the same, however we will always adhere to the following values:
- Client Confidentiality – The contents of each and every session are confidential between the attendee and the Coach.
